- 3 large, multicolored peppers
- 3 slices provolone cheese, cut into halves
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano - divided
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
I served this as a side dish with broiled fish. Very nice!
